Les animaux biologiques sont nourris avec un régime naturel et biologique, exempt d’ingrédients génétiquement modifiés.

Les animaux disposent d’une lumière, d’un espace et d’un confort adéquats pour se déplacer librement et exprimer leurs comportements naturels.

Les animaux biologiques ont un accès ample à de l’air frais et à des espaces pour paître et errer, satisfaisant ainsi leurs instincts naturels.

Les animaux doivent avoir accès aux pâturages lorsque les conditions météorologiques et du sol le permettent, soutenant leur bien-être et leurs comportements naturels tels que le pâturage, le fouissage, les bains de poussière et le perchoir.

Les agriculteurs biologiques réduisent le stress et les maladies chez les animaux en leur offrant beaucoup d’espace et en leur permettant de se comporter naturellement dans un environnement approprié, ce qui élimine le besoin d’antibiotiques préventifs.

L’utilisation routinière d’antibiotiques est interdite. Les animaux ne reçoivent des médicaments que lorsque cela est nécessaire, minimisant ainsi le stress et prévenant la résistance aux antimicrobiens.

Glossary of technical terms used
